Summary:
I help my mentor to make a violin neck and a violin scroll during the process. We use a piece of maple wood to make a violin neck and violin scroll. I use a pencil to copy the shape from a model and use a band saw to cut the outline of the violin scroll and violin neck. Then I use a small saw and a chisel to shape the details of the violin scroll and dig a peg box. The last step is making a fingerboard on the violin neck, the fingerboard is made of ebony wood, and the tool is a plane.
